Random Rant...

Okay, today at work OMG! well I work at Mcdonalds, how embarrassing, I KNOW! lol but its money, right? Us gals do what we can to get are neccessities which is MORE AND MORE MAKEUP! Well today I was working in the drive-thru area where I was just taking orders and taking money at the same time. I had a customer, he had ordered to Sausage McMuffins, and the next car had ordered 2 sausage burritos and a Lrg sprite. So the Guy who ordered the sausage mcmuffins gave me his card so I swiped his card, for some reason the recipt didn't print out and so I had thought he didn't pay for it, but I guess his card had went through and then the next order had shown up, I didn't really pay attention to the order and I thought his card didn't go through so I had swiped it again and it said card has been use twice, so my dummie had put manager privilege to let the card go through again so he ended up paying for the next order. I realized what I've done wrong and I have explain to him and I told him he will be refunded in cash. Then I guess he was not sure how much he had on his card and when I told him what I did he was like thats how you f***** peoples account, you shouldn't be doing that da da da da da. then I had my manager give him the refund and he was telling him that I was lucky that it did not go over, he would of made us pay for the overdraft, and How the hell I'm going to overcharge him, and how I'm over here F***ing people's account. He was utterly rude, my manager had explain to him if it had happen we would be able to pay for his overdraft. Then he's all saying that he shouldn't be dealing or going through to verify that because its not his fault. My manager had told him people make mistakes and he kept rambling on about me ruining his account. It frustrates me, I know It was my fault, but I did tell him what I had did, and I also apologize alot of times. As long as if I know if I get an overdraft on my account and I know that they will reinburse me I would be okay. But I don't know, I just can't believe what he had said because he said the meanest things!!!! But how would you feel if you were in his situage, would you lash out, or be more understanding? I would like to know :) thanks you guys have a nice, wonderful day, and i'll try to update more :D

hey, it's been awhile...

I know its been awhile, I was kind of busy. I've mailed out the giveaway prizes on Wednesday, so for the winners they will arrive in about 2-3 weeks because it was international. Okie, to make up for my absentee on blogspot, I have a lil haul for you guys! teehee...

I went to a store in San Gabriel its called Takashima. They mostly have some asian makeup products sold there. I wanted to buy some more Kate palettes so I did, the images shown, as you can see I bought the orange and green palette, I also have the pink palette, sorry I don't have an image for you, I misplaced the pink palette somewhere and I just can't find it. I'm kind of disappointed, I thought there would of been more product for the priced I had paid for it, and its not as vibrant as I wanted to be. It gives off a more natural look and the color is a tad bit dull. I might have to play with these palettes again to like it, but my first impression of these made me regret buying it.

So I had went to Sephora, because my friend riya known as pinkstrawberrieyumlove, told me about the new cream products that had came out by Make Up Forever. I had to check them out, I'm really impressed with these products. They really stay put, they do not smear after applying the product on. You don't really need that much product, it shows in just one swipe!!! I only bought one, I am really in love. They have some cream products for eyes and cheeks. The one I have are for cheeks and lips. When applying these on your cheeks you should blend it out quickly because they would stain your cheeks. When applying it on your lips, please moisturize your lips before applying the product, I notice that your lips will come out dry or really stift if you don't moisturize prior to applying the cream on.

so right now, I've been on a search for connector rings, and this Love ring is the only one I've found really. I got this at forever 21 it was $3.80 so its not that bad. I almost where it everyday!

Putting frozen fruits in your beverage is such a great delight. You guys must try it, if you guys haven't yet its the best way to serve drinks but for those who are age appropriate for this of course.The fruit absorbs the liquid, its just a little treat when you finish drinking. Like the times when we were a kid when buying those sorbet/popsticles shape as cones from the icecream truck, where they had a gum suprise on the bottom. I had champagne in it earlier but I'm not a champagne kind of person. So I decided to pour my smirnoff into the glass and SUCCESS, it tasted good:)

Today my BFF, Riya and I decided to go out. We didn't really know what to to, so we went to alot of places to find any good deals on cosmetics, we went to Zion Market, Ulta, Dollar Tree, and Target. We didn't really find anything. So we decided to pay a visit to Amore just to catch up with Cindy who works there. I couldn't resist, I bought Laniege (The Secret of Snow Crystal) in hot pink LR109. It is part of the essence shadow. If you guys are not aware of the essence, the texture is different for most shadows, it feels wet but when applied its dry. The texture is similar to Victoria Secret eyeshadows. It's a very soft and fragile shadow, because when I purchased it there was a crack and the shadow was kind of broken into two pieces so I had to push it in to combined the two. So far I'm really into there essence shadows, I'm really liking the texture. I did a swatch of the shadow but you really can't see the color as much. Its more a shimmer pink color in the picture you really can't see how pink it is. When wearing natural color eyeshadows, in my opinion you can put it on the center of your lids just to give a extra pop. It will definitely bring out the color of your shadows that are applied on your eyes.

Laniege : The Secret of Snow Crystal in 02.

Hello bloggers :) I wanted to do a review on the Laniege The secret of Snow Crystal in 02 palette. Its a pink palette with one brown in it. I really like it. If your looking for a natural look for the summer this is it!! It just gives a little POP of pink and WHO DOESN'T LIKE PINK, right? I just amp it up a little bit, I used Mac paint pot in Fresco Rose to prime my lids. Smashbox the duo eyeshadow the light beige shade for my brow bone. Then I applied the shimmer pink on my inner tear duct, pink prism on my eyelids, coral pink in the crease and deep brown on my outer V. I used Laniege liquid liner on top and for the bottom I used Palty Gel Liner. Mascarra from Makeup Forever. For blush I used Mac's Ripe Beach from the Spring Forecast Collection. To finish the look I applied Dior Addict High Shine in 154 (coralish pink).

Mini Haul :)

Hey you guys!!! I went to Fullerton(Rowland Heights) with mi Amiga Riya. We were on a mission to find some more Asian brand makeup. There's two stores that We had went to, Beauty Corner and Lavender Beauty. I had picked up a few stuff. From Beauty corner I bought the Make Mania Eye Color Pink Bord palette, Kate Diamond Cut eyes Palette in GN-1, and a eyelash case. The other two items I bought was from a store called Lavender Beauty and its just some sort of Velcro to hold bangs back. The color on these palettes are a little bit dull, but it works kind of well, it gives more a natural look rather than dramatic. The shadows texture is a little different from shadows I've used before, its more like a wet/dry consistency which I do like, major plus. The only thing that really disappointed me was the Kate, it's packaging doesn't seem durable. It seems as if it would break any time soon, very fragile. But other than that i really am happy on what I've bought :)

Shown in the back of the packaging. Which I thought it was really neat, because if you were a beginner to makeup, this would give you an idea on how to apply it. And vise versa to people who aren't a beginner it can open a new style on how to apply makeup.

Mac Limited Collection : To the Beach

Marine Life (high-light powder)

I really did not find out about this collection until I saw Dulce Candy review on youtube. I decided to check out the Mac site, then I saw this high-light powder. It really caught my attention, the next day I was on a search for it. It was sold out in Cerritos Mall, at the Mac Pro store as well the Mac in Nordstorm. Luckily I called Lakewood's Mac in Macys if they had it on stock, and Yay they did. Its really nice and pigmented. Its not really a high-light, well you can use it as a high light for now because you see in the picture its reflecting gold shimmers. Once you use it more often the gold shimmers are long gone and its basically the pinks you will be using. This actually resembles a lot like the Spring Forecast Collection when they had the blushes with two shades. This high-light powder is a MUST GET!!!

I really like these shadows. Compared to there normal eyeshadows I think these are more better for some reason, and I love the texture. But yeah, I'm kind of bummed because i wanted the other two eyeshadows from this collection that i did not get which were sand&sun and sweet&punchy. I just checked the site unfortunately they had sold out!!! What a bummer, right!? Well hopefully they might have it in stores because for some reason they still have the Liberty eyeshadows, so maybe they will have some of these shadows in store :)
